Werner, Joe
Joe became involved in technical rescue in 1995 while organizing and managing an onsite industrial Confined Space Rescue program. This process included four six member confined space response teams and the related equipment. In 1996 he joined the Dunn Rescue Squad S.T.A.R. Team and served with them for two years. In 1998 he joined the REDS Team. He currently serves as Safety Officer.
